The nation’s mum ambassador Coleen Rooney has revealed the use of Technoshape in her training regime to help regain a flawless looking stomach following pregnancy.
Since the birth of son Klay Rooney in May Coleen has embarked on a new fitness regime with celebrity personal trainer Elise Lindsay.
Complimenting her usual aerobic workout, the 27-year-old is using Technoshape to enhance the fat-burning process around her stomach. Coleen has tweeted about the enjoyment of her new workout routine and flaunted a beautifully sculpted stomach during a photo-shoot for her new clothing range.
Tweeting about her sessions this month she said: “Great Technoshape session this morning”.
Friend Elise Lindsay also Tweeted: “Fun time Friday, lets blitz those bitz for our holiday @coleenroo…. I’m coming to get you! @technoshape time!!”
Coleen chose to use the device at her private gym with most local studios yet to be equipped with the technology, the nearest appearing in London as the Technoshape company look to stock luxury spas, health clubs and beauty salons in the near future.
Technoscope has beamed into the health spotlight this year and already gathered celebrity users in the likes of Simon Cowell, Sinitta, Lisa Snowdon and Millie Mackintosh.
The abdominal technology uses “Pressure Pause Therapy” to stimulate circulation and enhance fat-burning around the the core whilst also supporting the natural movement of the digestive system and increasing circulation, which can boost the lymphatic and venous flow.
A statement from the Technoshape website explains: “If blood flow can be stimulated in a specific region of the body through the application of pressure, then the rate at which local fatty acids are metabolised in this region will be accelerated.
“During PPT, pressure application stimulates blood circulation around the midriff, whilst the pause – a periodic release of pressure – allows a healthy flow of blood to the targeted area. This combined with gentle movement ensures that fatty acids are taken from the stomach and waist area, increasing localised fat-burning activity and resulting in a flatter stomach, slimmer waist and firmer skin.”
Technoshape aims to help create a defined, toned shape and is appealing due to its suggestion that results are evident after just three forty-minute sessions per week. In a society where everyone wants fast results Technoshape seeks to be the solution for all fitness problems.
Combined with a regular cardiovascular routine and a healthy diet adding Technoshape to your workout will help progress a toned and tight core. The simple and clever design allows users to operate the device at home, simply attaching a chamber belt around the waist and following on-screen directions.
The midrift is one of the most sought after areas for weight loss and a set of toned abdominals is a priority highly marketed in todays media. Sales in products such as Slendertone, BeautyWorks ab belt and Abgymnic have rocketed over the past few years yet there are several other important factors to remember when trying to tone a stomach.
The most vital aspect is diet. Whilst electronic abdominal devices will help to build the strength of your core, a healthy and balanced diet will limit fat percentage, increasing the appearance and visibility of the abdominal muscles. Foods such as broccoli, hot peppers, lentils and most lean meats will help boost your metabolism and kick start the process of burning calories.
Remember hard work is always the most productive way forward, whilst Coleen admits to the use of Technoshape she still maintained a rigorous cardiovascular workout. Abdominal exercises, running, swimming, rowing and cycling will effectively aid the goal of a better looking stomach.
Sleep and recovery is the final factor when it comes to any sort of muscle building, your abs are no different to any other muscle on your body. To repair and grow in conjunction with the correct diet, sufficient amounts of sleep between 8-9 hours a night will allow your core recover.
