The nation’s mum ambassador Coleen Rooney has revealed the use of Technoshape in her training regime to help regain a flawless looking stomach following pregnancy.

Since the birth of son Klay Rooney in May Coleen has embarked on a new fitness regime with celebrity personal trainer Elise Lindsay.

Coleen chose to use the device at her private gym with most local studios yet to be equipped with the technology, the nearest appearing in London as the Technoshape company look to stock luxury spas, health clubs and beauty salons in the near future.

The abdominal technology uses “Pressure Pause Therapy” to stimulate circulation and enhance fat-burning around the the core whilst also supporting the natural movement of the digestive system and increasing circulation, which can boost the lymphatic and venous flow.
