Dear Santa,

My name is Jonnie and I am nearly eight because my birthday is near Christmas. I have been a good boy this year. School is going well and my favourite subject is history.

I to do my homework when my Mummy asks me to. My piano lessons are going well and I had my grade 1 exam and, Santa, I think I passed it. I am playing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer in the school Christmas assembly!

For Christmas I would like a notebook with my name on it. I am learning to play chess with my dad so I would love a chess table and some nice chess pieces. I know this might be challenging for your elves to make, however, I would  like it if they might be able to do so.

I would also like to have a HEXBUG Nano set that glows and the Angry Birds Splat Strike game? I know this may be quite a lot, however, I am good, and you seem like you are able to manage it. Please may you also get me a new globe because my other one is broken to bits, and a pair of four wheel roller boots are size 13-3 (UK size please).

This letter is from me, as she is unable to write. My dog Rags would like a squeaky chew toy and some doggie treats.

I’ll leave you out a mince pie and some Guinness (my dad says you like this better than milk) and some water and carrots for your reindeer in case you all get hungry on your journey.

Lots of love,

Jonnie
