Robyn is the founder of RDAS PA Services which offer tailor-made PA services helping clients with daily errands, accompanying on meetings, preparing reports, organisational duties as well as Event Planning and Management, Social Media & Branding Management and Accounts Services.

At 26, Robyn Dora Sarah Fryer seems to be a woman on a mission aiming to support others lifestyle as much as possible. Throughout Robyn’s life, she at all times strived to ensure others were at all times looked after endeavoured to offer care and attention others.

At the age of 18, she set up an entertainment agency with her brother. Following the agency, and a year after her first child Morgan was born, she went onto finding a passion and love in photography offering a range of services to clients such as family portraits and individual photo sessions. As the photography business grew, Robyn spent more time editing photos deciding doing this whilst wanting to make the most of the time with her daughter was far from for her. It was then when she fell pregnant with second son Charlie she craved cakes! Robyn made cakes every day, offering them to family and friends hence another business opportunity arose.

In December 2014, Robyn’s personal relationship took a turn she needed the leave the relationship and stand on her own two feet more. Whilst working at a pub she started an Event Planning company to gain more financial support for herself and children. Within 9 months of setting up the Event Planning company, a friend and her arranged a Cider Festival, Karaoke Night, Children’s Halloween Party and a couple of Birthday Parties.

Robyn works hard organising events.

RDS PA Services Ltd is now Robyn’s fourth business venture with incorporates her event knowledge, her baking skills and all the other experiences she gained throughout her life. Cleverly RDS PA Services Ltd originates from Robyn name and initials offering the business name unique to her. the Jupital had the opportunity to speak with Robyn about her journey:

the Jupital: What one accomplishment do you consider to be the most significant in your career?

My biggest accomplishment in regards to my career is pushing through every barrier life has ever gifted me with, at all times to keep going and finding my feet my own way.  After having tried my hand at being self employed on three occasions before starting up RDS PA Services Ltd it was inevitable my family and friends may aim to deter me advising me to look for employment however instead I stuck with it even being financially challenged for around a year until it started paying off. At all times I found ways to support myself and children and vowed instead of spending my time working a “ job” ,I spent every moment building strong foundations to my own company.

 the Jupital: What’s your superpower?

My superpower is my inability to be knocked down. Whatever life throws at me at all times turn it into a positive and come back stronger than ever.  I’ve been dealt my fair share of different luck in life however I simply kept going. And overall it often pushed me towards better things. The way I look at is when your life falls apart it offers you the opportunity to rebuild it exactly the way you need it.

the Jupital: If you had to offer one piece of important advice to setup a business to someone starting off, what might it be?

My advice to anyone wanting to set up a business think about their foundations on how the business may grow and offer a lot of thought to the kind of business they want to be running. If you are involved in a business doing something you love and feel passionately about then it may feel like more than only ‘work’ so therefore this may make for a much happier life.

As for the future of the business another goal for Robyn is to expand into something slightly different yet still in regards to assistance which is gardening and landscaping for her client. Robyn states, “Be determined and allow your motivation to carry you on whichever path you take. Persistence and belief in ones self at all times prevail.”

Robyn at all times is welcoming more clients which she may be able to offer support to their hectic lifestyle. Click here to learn more about getting in touch with RDS PA Services Ltd alongside touching base with her on social media links:
