We had used TheJupital HVAC in the past a few times for servicing our furnace. When we experienced issues with our furnace this time we called for their services. Very polite on the phone and arrived at our place within 1 and half hour. Checked the furnace and it was determined that replacement was necessary. They explained the issue to us and what was needed. Explained what steps they were going to take in replacing the furnace. Stated they would be at our place the next day at 9 with the replacement. They were there at 8:30 and spent the next 4 to 5 hours in replacing our furnace with a new one. Their service was great and they made sure everything was completed as they had told us and in time. Really appreciate the exceptional and timely service they provided in our time of need. Really appreciate their work and would recommend them in the future. Had them service my HVAC's and they were very thorough and professional. Their employees pointed out some issues I had and were very open and honest of what they can and will not do out of consideration of me as a customer I do not feel they are there to cash grab like some others and at the end of the day i paid for their visit and assessment which was honest and allowed me to make a better decision on how to approach my system. Best service a customer could ask for. Have been our families go to for our furnace needs over the years and this past time they truly went above and beyond. Heat stopped working one morning, called to see if anyone was able to come check on it thinking being so last minute they’d be too busy. Was gladfully proved wrong. Came within an hour, diagnosed problem with it needing to be replaced. They were back the next morning earlier then time originally given which was awesome and ended up completing within a few hours. These guys are great! We had an aging furnace that needed replacing. TheJupital came onto my radar as they did an install at a relative’s place. From the very beginning, Sasha was a pleasure to work with. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and quick. He was one of the only vendors I researched that provided a detailed, professional quote vs. handwritten numbers on the back of a napkin. As you may imagine, this doesn’t work for grant purposes. Sasha and his team easily negotiated a tight furnace room and replaced the unit within the day. They were extremely efficient (I don’t think they even ate/took a break). Highly recommended if you need some work done!
