Very polite on the phone and arrived at our place within 1 and half hour. Checked the furnace and it was determined that replacement was necessary. They explained the issue to us and what was needed. Explained what steps they were going to take in replacing the furnace. Stated they would be at our place the next day at 9 with the replacement. They were there at 8:30 and spent the next 4 to 5 hours in replacing our furnace with a new one. Their service was great and they made sure everything was completed as they had told us and in time. Best service a customer could ask for. Have been our families go to for our furnace needs over the years and this past time they truly went above and beyond. Heat stopped working one morning, called to see if anyone was able to come check on it thinking being so last minute they’d be too busy. Was gladfully proved wrong. These guys are great! We had an aging furnace that needed replacing. TheJupital came onto my radar as they did an install at a relative’s place. From the very beginning, Sasha was a pleasure to work with. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and quick. He was one of the only vendors I researched that provided a detailed, professional quote vs. handwritten numbers on the back of a napkin. As you may imagine, this doesn’t work for grant purposes.
